About DateCounts
DateCounts is a small, independent collection of date and time calculators. It exists for one reason: date arithmetic is easy to get wrong, and most of the answers people actually need are only a few seconds away — if the tool shows the right number.
What this site does
The site brings together the date calculations people search for most often: how many days until a holiday, what date falls 90 days from today, the difference between two dates, working-day counts, exact age, ISO week numbers and time differences.
Each tool is a single page with the answer at the top, a live calculator underneath, and a short explanation of how the number is produced so you can sanity-check it against your own situation.
Why you will not see a stale answer
Many date pages online were written once and never touched again, so they quietly keep showing last year's dates. Every calculator here is recalculated from your device's current date each time the page loads.
There is no cached answer sitting in a database waiting to go out of date. The arithmetic happens inside the page itself, in your browser.
How it is built
The site is served as plain static HTML. There is no account system, no sign-up and no paywall, and none of the dates or times you type in are ever transmitted or stored.
Pages are deliberately small and self-contained, so they load quickly even on a slow connection and work the same on a phone as on a desktop.
Independence and funding
DateCounts is run independently and is not affiliated with any of the calendar or payroll systems it helps you work with. Running costs are covered by advertising, which is why you may see ads on some pages.
Advertising has no influence on the calculators themselves, and every tool on the site is free and stays free.
Corrections and feedback
If a result looks wrong, a page is unclear, or a calculator you need is missing, please tell us. Corrections are taken seriously and are usually the fastest way the site improves.
